Service

As a member of the Westgate service team, your goal is to provide high-quality vehicle care while delivering a "no-pressure" experience that creates joy for our customers. You will handle maintenance and repairs with total transparency and integrity, ensuring every guest leaves feeling safe and respected. We look for humble, hardworking individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to building lifelong trust with our community. 

Operations

As part of the Westgate business operations team, you are the backbone of our dealership's efficiency and professional standards. Your role involves managing the essential "behind-the-scenes" details - from administrative support and document processing to customer coordination-ensuring that every department runs smoothly. By maintaining organized and transparent processes, you help uphold the Westgate Way, making sure our internal processes are as credible and joy-focused as our customer service. 

Managers

As a sales manager at Westgate, you are the primary champion of the Westgate Way, leading by example to ensure our showroom remains a "no-pressure" environment. Your role is to mentor and empower your sales team to focus on building lifelong trust and creating joy for every guest rather than just hitting a quota. You will oversee daily floor operations, guide deal structures with total transparency, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to integrity and humble service.
